The sun shone for Birkhill’s charity open gardens day. Birkhill Estate threw open its doors to the public at 2pm today in aid of Motor Neurone Disease with Scotland’s gardens scheme. There were lots of people enjoying the walks in the walled gardens and through the woodlands down to the Tay. A long queue formed for the tea and tasty scones served up in the newly converted stable block at Home farm.
