Night time roe buck (click to enlarge)
I started watching this roe buck in the field at 9pm, it’s a shame he appeared so late as I’d like to have to photographed him in better light. I took this shot with the 100-400 L lens and used a lot of ISO to get this image as there was very little light available.
By 9.15pm there wasn’t enough light to take any more photographs of him so I stood by the hedge in the garden for a while and watched him wandering around the field before he settled down in the grass.
The roe buck looks in very good condition with a nice head.
