Good morning stalking over Falkland Estate, Fife

Good stalking morning over Falkland Estate, Fife (click to enlarge)

It was a good morning for stalking, we saw seven,  shot two also spotted a Fox trotting across the road in front of us and heard a Cuckoo.  Colin demonstrated his strength by carrying the two bucks in the roe sack across an ankle-breaker of an old plantation littered in dead tree stumps, swampy holes and rotten wood. We stopped for a short breather before heading up hill to the car. More photos to follow later.

I’d like to give a special mention to the idiot ( polite version!) who thought it was acceptable to drive through a red light at the traffic lights in Cupar at 4am this morning. I saw him coming and watched him panic and slam on his brakes. I really hope you had a long drive before you were able to change your underwear!!
